Shannon Boo is Director of Corporate Development at VITAL, Ministry of Finance. She was formerly the Director of Policy Division in the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF). An IHRP-certified HR practitioner, she is passionate about the future of work and social compact between employers and employees. Shannon’s experience has spanned HR policy and industry development in Ministries and Statutory Boards.
